Warranty Claim and Repair Procedure
 

1. Customer please contact us in advance via WhatsApp (+852 9672 5348) and provide information about the damaged product.


The information include:

   a. A valid purchase receipt or record of the damaged product.

   b. Photographs of the front and back of the damaged product.

   c. Photographs of the inside and outside of the damaged product.

   d. The label tag of the damaged product.

   e. A close-up photo of the damaged product. (including both left and right sides)

Case will be on-hold if there are any missing details.

Customer will receive further notice via WhatsApp after all details are submitted.


2. Products obtaining warranty service must be washed, clean and free of odor, and with no sundries.


Important Notice:

  1. Any walk-in service is not accepted.
  2. Valid receipt is required in all cases. A valid receipt is one that clearly shows the date of purchase, the authorized distributor and the model of the product.
