Warranty Claim and Repair Procedure
 

1. Customer please contact us via WhatsApp (+852 9672 5348) and provide information about the damaged item.


The information include:

  1. A valid purchase receipt or record of the damaged product.
  2. Photographs of the front and back of the damaged products
  3. Photographs of the inside of the damaged product.
  4. The label of the damaged product.
  5. A close-up photo of the damaged item. (indicated the left/right of the item)

Case will be on-hold if there is missing details. Customer will receive further notice via Whats App once all details are subscribed.

2. The products for warranty must be washed, clean and free of odor, and no any miscellaneous.

Important Notice:

  1. Any walk-in service is not accepted.
  2. Valid receipts are required in all cases. A valid receipt is one that clearly shows the date of purchase, the authorized distributor and the model of the product.
