Only online orders via our website are accepted for this special order. Customers will receive a confirmation email from us once we received the order.
Order Deadline: 11:59pm, 22nd July 2021
After the order was confirmed, customer will receive an email notification to pick up the product at the selected location.
Payment : We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, UnionPay (China), Paypal. We do not accept local or foreign bank drafts.
We will charge full amount of the order from the customer's credit card. Once the order is confirmed, no cancellation or alteration is allowed.
All discount coupons and bonus points coupons are not applicable on this special order.

The items can only be collected at the designated pick-up location. Once confirmed, the pick-up location cannot be changed.
If a customer fails to pick up the items within the designed period, we will regard the customer as having forfeited the order and the payment paid will not be refunded.
Customers must fill in all information required. We will reject all orders with insufficient or incorrect information.
If one of the products a customer ordered is out of stock, we will refund the amount paid (inclusive of the relevant delivery charge) to your credit card / payment account (which takes about 6-8 weeks).
Ordered items cannot be exchanged or returned.
If there are any disputes, we reserve the right of final decision.
If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese & English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
