Our energy gels are a source of fast carbohydrates, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and essential muscle nutrients, providing a real energy boost.
Each energy gel contains 133 kcal of energy, 33g of carbohydrates, 500mg of BCAAs and is enriched with minerals to compensate for electrolyte loss during exercise. Some flavours (coffee and wild berry) contain caffeine, perfect for those times when you need an extra boost
Our energy gels are easy to consume during exercise, with a convenient and easy to carry format. They have a smooth, easy-to-swallow texture, with 11 different flavours.
