Montbell革命性無縫式睡袋夾棉系統
眾所周知，羽絨是最暖之睡袋保暖材料，只是，優質之羽絨十分輕軟，製成睡袋時很易在睡袋內遊移，傳統之做法是使用封筒設計，將羽絨製於一條條管道內，以限制羽絨之遊移，但問題並得不到解決，封筒式仍有弱點，1)羽絨仍會在筒內左右遊移 2)封筒之縫線位會令體溫洩漏。
經過多年之研究，Montbell設計出革命性之Spider Yarn系統。Spider Yarn是一種表層極之蓬鬆之紗線，擁有極多長而鬆之絨毛，這些絨毛可以羽絨之幼毛勾合，從而將羽絨 “抓”在Spider Yarn之表面上而令羽絨不再遊移。
相比傳統之封筒式，Spider Yarn有更多優點:
1.羽絨可以彈得更加蓬鬆，因沒有了封筒之限制，羽絨可自由鬆開至最蓬鬆之狀態。
2.羽絨不會遊移，羽絨被Spider Yarn“抓”穩不會移動。
3.無縫式結構，因省去了封筒，沒有針線孔令體溫洩漏。
4.耐壓，睡袋底部往往因受壓而減低保暖，但耐壓之Spider Yarn不會受身體重量之擠壓而失去保暖度。
